Blackwall Lane, Greenwich

The Peltons is a mixed-use development of 138 homes and 6 retail/commercial units. The scheme provides 608 m2 of commercial space at ground floor level with secure car parking.

Town Planning was undertaken in association with Kitewood Estates. The entire scheme was completed and the residential units fully sold end 2015.


Robertson Street, Brisbane

Elixir is a residential and retail development at the heart of one of the most sought after locations in Brisbane.

Planning consent was granted for 99 apartments and 90 m2 of retail space. Construction was complete in early 2016.

Tavistock Gardens

West Drayton, Middlesex

Tavistock Gardens is a residential development, superbly connected in the centre of West Drayton and within 200 metres of the new Crossrail station. Planning consent was granted for 308 apartments of which 46 will be affordable and 64 m2 of space for D1 use.

Town Planning was undertaken in association with Kitewood Estates. Construction has commenced on site.
